At MASHBIR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a return authorization number.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the original invoice included to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop-off

  Send your package via a local courier service to our central warehouse or visit any MASHBIR physical store location for an immediate exchange or return processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
